A BIT ABOUT ME
Founded by Bernard Williams, born in Harlem raised in the Bronx, Cross Bronx Ballers was built on the spirit and legacy of New York City basketball. I grew up during the legendary local talents such as Felipe Lopez, Kareem Reid, Dana Dingle, Ray Rivera, Reggie Freeman, Corey Williams, Alamo (Black widow), Terrence Rencher, Anthony Glover, God “Shamgod,” and many others.” Watching them light up classic tournaments like Rucker Park, Hoops in the Sun, Kingdome, Dyckman Park, West 4th, Gun hill and many more that inspired a lifelong passion for the game.
Although my own playing dreams didn’t lead me to the pros, I recognized a gap back then, there was no professional platform like the ABA in the Bronx to help gifted players take the next step, as the ABA once did for legends like Dr. J.
Today, as CEO and owner of Cross Bronx Ballers, my mission is to change that narrative. My goal is to create real opportunities for The Bronx and NYC players to showcase their talent, grow their careers, and reach the G‑League, international leagues, or the NBA.

Founded in the Bronx by lifelong hoopers and entrepreneurs who grew up during the golden era of New York street basketball, the Cross Bronx Ballers were created to restore opportunity, visibility, and pride to players who still believe in their dream.
